| The Wii Balance Board has pressure sensors in the legs at each of the four corners of the board. It basically turns your body into an analog stick. Equal pressure on each sensor is like centering an analog stick. Any game movement that can be done by moving an analog stick forward, back, left, or right can instead be done by shifting your weight forward, back, left, or right.
