Video Splitter, One Input, Two Outputs
Question
is there a cable available that will split the image coming from the ps2. i understand that ps2 has only one video output, but if there was a cable that had two red two white and two yellow cables that pluged into the back of the ps2 then you would be able to split the image on one video output. any help on product info would be greatly appreciated.
Answer
Yes, there are cables and adapters for splitting audio and video from one input to two outputs.

It should be possible to use a single Component Video Splitter for composite video and stereo audio. Instead of yellow, use one other color (red, blue, or green) for video. Use the remaining two colors for stereo audio. Use the same color on both sides. You may also need a coupler, to convert one side of the splitter from male to female.

Alternatively, you could use three separate RCA Y-adapters to split each of the three wires.
