BTX Motherboard on the Opposite Side
Question
Why does the BTX form factor have the motherboard mounted on the opposite side of the computer case? They could have left it on the right side and still use your current computer case (expessially if you just went out and spent 200 bucks on one with all the cool stuff to go with it!)

Thanks Hank!

Answer
Mounting the motherboard on the left side allows the video card to have the GPU and heatsink face upwards. That's better for cooling. BTX was designed to improve cooling.
